Redirect Their Attention

At an early age, it is very easy to redirect the attention of a child that you think is not good for them.

If you find that your toddler is playing with something dangerous, then redirect their attention by introducing the new toy. Buy more attractive, noisy, versatile, and soft toys for your toddler. They will definitely lose their interest in the older toy, and without any negative effects, they start using the new thing.

If your child is still not leaving that dangerous toy, then gently take him or her to another room or in the garden or balcony.

Praise Your Toddler

Another way to teach your child good things is to appraise them for what good things they are doing. This will motivate them to do more and more good things, and they try to become kind.

Be always good with them even if they do anything wrong but praise them extremely when they do good things.

No To Time-Out

Keeping your toddler alone in a time-out zone may feel them away from you. Unless you read some interesting stories with them, teach them moral values by reading stories.

Teach them new games and start playing with them. It is not always better that your child will find everyone outside; you must also be there.

Use One Word

Instructing your child using limited words, like stop running, or don’t eat that, maybe enough for them to understand. Saying them too many things will make them feel bothered, and sometimes they will also start crying.
