Big Meech Jail Release Date
When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, both Terry and Big Meech requested to be released from jail. While Terry’s request was granted, Meech’s was denied.
Terry was released from federal prison in May 2020 and is currently serving the remainder of his sentence under house arrest.
On the other hand, Big Meech requested to leave prison 11 years before his scheduled release date in May 2020, but his request was denied.
He appealed the decision, but the Detroit News reported that his appeal was also turned down.
Demetrius is serving his sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Oregon and was supposed to be released on May 5th, 2032, a few weeks before his 64th birthday.
However, due to amendments 782 and 788 to revise drug offences before late 2014, he is now expected to be released in 2028.
