Insomnia

It is a neurological condition in which a person loses control of sleep as well as wakefulness.

In this condition, people may experience sleep disorder episodes like sleep paralysis, cataplexy, excessive sleep throughout the day, and hypnagogic hallucination. 

Those who are experiencing narcolepsy disorder have a risk of falling asleep at the odd times of the day. Or at inappropriate events like while driving, working in an office, or during the important meeting.

Sleep Paralysis

Seasonal Affective Disorder

It is again a very common sleep disorder in which a person deals with excessive sleepiness and depression.

This disorder is faced by the people when there is a lack of reaching the natural light to the suprachiasmatic nucleus present in the human brain. 

It is a common sleep disorder that mostly occurs during the winter season when there is a lack of sunlight, especially in the high snowy region.

Parasomnias

These episodes are usually goal-directed, and it happens when the person is in a sleeping state.

This sleep disorder occurs due to various causes, and doctors will suggest medication and treat using the medication like melatonin.  

Jet Lag

When you are travel abroad, maybe due to business projects or any other purposes a lot, you may find less time to sleep.  Basically you land up in another country where timings are different from the country you left.

Jet lag is the people who travel to long-distance places where the time zone has a big difference.

For instance, if you travel in the morning and reach another country in the morning, then you don’t have an apt time for sleep. 

These odd timings play with your sleep time, and you may suffer from many health problems, especially sleep disorders.
